3 years ago today I arrived at New Method Wellness. I was scared and didn’t know what to expect! Everyone from intake through out the first day and everyday after was kind and helpful. Changed my life forever!!!! These people are miracle workers. I’m living proof 😎. Thank you New Method Wellness , love you guys. If anyone out there reads this and wants help, don’t be afraid! Just jump in head first and do what you are told and see the results. I have been where you are and it gets better , if you put in the work.

I came to New Method Wellness January 3rd 2018 and I have almost 10 months sober now. New Method has the best reputation in Southern California for a reason. I have been to other treatment centers and was unsuccessful because they lacked essentials in what is required to build a solid foundation in recovery. Their individualized care and treatment plan for each client allows for development in specific areas that differ from person to person. Every single staff member cares about the clients and they make sure that every aspect of treatment is done ethically with integrity. Adventure therapy and wolf therapy is awesome and they make sure to take clients out on weekends so you don’t always feel like you are in a treatment setting. All of the counselors are amazing but they will match you with one to meet your specific needs. They have alumni groups Thursday’s so you continue to feel their support after you leave. They also will help you develop a thorough after care plan. New Method Wellness is like a family that I will always be a part of and I am eternally grateful for them.

New Method Wellness foremost truly cared about my recovery and continues to follow up on the status of my well being. Top notch educated and loving staff, 5 star facilities and housing is just an added bonus to the program. I was blown away as I and each client were assigned two personal case counselors. Treatment was molded to fit my needs and individual personality. I feel extremely grateful to have made the decision to build my recovery foundation with New Method. Thanks for saving my life!!

I struggled with alcoholism / addiction issues for over 30 years and was a client at New Method Wellness. I highly recommend this treatment center!!!! New Method Wellness treats the individual based on their specific needs. It is an excellent treatment center!!!! They are very capable of helping patients with dual diagnosis. The staff really care about their clients and work in the recovery field because it is their life's work and passion. They are highly skilled in their field and some of the most amazing people I have ever met. I have sustained long term recovery from all of my addictions- something I was never able to do prior to receiving treatment at New Method. They not only helped save my life, but they helped me learn how to live a great life.

New method wellness is truly a one of a kind place! Each staff member cared so much for each individual client. I found all of the groups to be very educational and beneficial. Another plus was how beautiful all of the homes are! New method wellness helped me find a way to sobriety and I’m so thankful!

We sent our son to New Method Wellness this past January. He was in a very bad place. From the beginning, New Method Wellness helped us navigate a very difficult and trying set of circumstances. The staff were incredibly responsive, educated us on the process and within a few days had our son in their program. They worked with our insurance company to help offset some of the costs. They worked with us to understand how the process would work. They helped us set up travel from the Midwest to their Orange County facility. They literally saved his life and gave us ( his family ) hope. New Method Wellness personnel are the best in the industry. The facilities are incredible and the multi-step process they use is ideal. They treated his mental and physical health with equal vigor. At the conclusion of the program, the family visit exceeded our expectations. We went through a very difficult process but the result was game changing. Since our son completed the program, the staff remain dedicated to helping us navigate his future. They have been terrific with follow up questions and assistance. If you are looking for a world class rehabilitation program, New Method Wellness is the one. I would recommend NMW to anyone who is facing this extremely challenging situation.

New Method Wellness helped me get my life back . Today, I am 6 months sober and life is beautiful again. The councilors, staff and owners are amazing people. I've been treated respectfully and kind throughout the whole process. They helped me address my LGBT concerns as it related to my recovery. The aftercare program is just as amazing as the residential program. Thank you for showing me another way and how to learn to love myself again. I highly recommend New Method Wellness !!!!

No place is perfect and they did do some things that aggravated me or that could have been done more effective or efficiently, in my opinion. However, in retrospect it’s clear to me that their programming is probably some of the best out there and most all of their staff is some of the best out there. This is one of the few places I’ve been to that actually truly does care and actually truly would like to see you succeed and in turn tries to set you up for success.

The staff at New Method Wellness were so professional and treated me like family at the same time. Everyone knew my name the minute I walked through the door. They helped take care of any of my personal business which could have be a distraction to my recovery. The facilities are so clean and beautiful and they took care of everything including medical, food and personal needs. I loved the program and the activities. The individual counseling I received from 2 separate designated counselors and a psychiatrist was top-notch.

New Method Wellness is an amazing treatment facility! Their extremely organized and professional staff specialize in the disease of addiction. Their primary objective is to make sure the clients are treated with the utmost respect, care, and compassion. Their holistic approach to recovery surpasses that of any other treatment center: New Method offers clients art therapy, yoga, surf therapy, massage, equine therapy, acupuncture, and wolf therapy (to name a few.) But, despite keeping the clients busy, New Method also takes the time to address the needs of the individual client through personal counseling and group therapy. Thus, each client's treatment is unique. (And no one is treated like a number.) I would highly recommend New Method Wellness to anyone who struggles with addiction. There is truly no place like it!

New method wellness saved my brothers life. After countless attempts to get him help our prayers have been answered. From the moment I made the call I knew this place was the a cut above the rest. I spoke with Brook Mackenzie who displayed a level of professionalism I really appreciate. He made the process of getting my brother into treatment there as easy as possible. From the moment he arrived we had constant communication from the treatment team. We went to weekly family meetings and attended their family program which was such a healing experience for all of us. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for the people at New Method Wellness. I know we has a long way to go but I haven’t seen this version of my brother in decades. It is truly amazing to see the difference. Hands down the best experience any family could ask for, caring, compassionate, and available. Treatment is not easy. Having a qualified staff that really understands, makes all the difference. Dr. Phil is right, these people really are a top shelf program!

Well I'll just start by saying I was a lost soul close to death when my wife and friend found New Method Wellness and flew me out to California the next day! From there I was in inpatient for 60 days and well at first I hated it due to the circumstances and being away from my wife and kiddos, but thanks to everyone at new method I got my life back and also made some amazing friends and people I can count on to always be there for me! I just want everyone who is struggling with alcohol and or drugs, to get help now it's not too late to save ur life and new method is the way to go! They treat you like family and made the rehab process so much more enjoyable than what it seems! so if u r looking for a great place to get clean and sober and make life long friends, I advise u to call new method and get ur butt there ASAP! It will save ur life! And all the staff well almost all are ex addicts and alcoholics, who know exactly what u r goin through and with the help of there professional staff u will leave there wanting to either stay or go back! I had so much fun while working on me that I'd do it again but without the drugs and alcohol! I'd go back just to be around these wonderful life savers and friends! I miss y'all there and can't wait to come back for a visit!!

New Method Wellness is a well oiled machine. They do it right. They are honest, the houses are immaculate, the best of the best COUNSELORS AND STAFF. Owners Ed and Sue are fair and sincerely care about their clients. Don't look anywhere else! There are a lot of crooks in the industry.

I have been working in the field of Substance Abuse and Mental Health for over 6yrs. In several different capacities. I have toured, interacted and considered being of service to many centers. Unfortunately "Quality of Care" Standards can be VERY compromised in this field. The Team at New Method Wellness is second to none. From my initial contact, to the praise reports of those they serve, I am grateful when someone in need is able to receive services within their community. Brook McKenzie in Admissions is a like minded passionate and caring individual with a heart to serve. I am grateful to have met a peer with the such rare integrity and concern. New Method Wellness, One of the very top treatment centers in America. They are on the cutting edge of mixing new ideologies for treatment and their methods for substance abuse & alcoholism with the methods that have worked in the past. They are superior to their counterparts, other facilities, and what seem like similar treatment centers for the outside. Their reasons for being the best are longer then a Google Review. However, due to their collaborative team efforts in all arenas of their program they were able to expand their facilities to other areas of California. This was due to their success rate and the caring nature of the members that make up the company team.

I am truly grateful for New Method Wellness. I knew if our son did not get treatment he would either in up in jail or dead. The staff at New Method Wellness had such a positive impact on him. He has gained weight and gets up early, working every day. He smiles and laughs, which is something we haven't seen in awhile. He made lifelong friends and enjoys visiting. It's been about 5 months since he returned home, he has had his ups and downs on his road to recovery. Clearly, the good days outweigh the bad. I believe he received the tools he needs to regain his life. I would recommend New Method Wellness, they helped my son, when I had almost given up hope....

I entered New Method Wellness' dual diagnosis program and never once questioned if this was the right choice. I knew very quick this was the right place for me. Our family has been touched by the people at New Method. Our son is on the road to recovery. We have no promises or guarantees what the future will bring for our son. My sons recovery begins with him. He has been given tools and support from the people there. They are there to guide him and cheer him on but they can only do so much. I have yet to find a facility that can promise recovery and if they do I recommended you weigh your decision. Our son is still in recovery there and may be for some time. He has a life that will always test his strength and we pray he will take all that he is learning there and use it for a life time. Unfortunately recovery is expensive and Insurance Companies are not on our side. Brook takes no pleasure in having to turn people away. I am sure it hurts him deeply but if you ask him he will give you some tips when finding the right place for you. I am thankful everyday since they have come into our lives. As an alumni of the program, and now a professional in the treatment industry, I can say that New Method Wellness has an incomparable program. From the facilities and houses, to the different therapy techniques employed to best serve the client, they stand above the rest in order to provide the best care possible. Every treatment professional there is constantly working hard to be informed on the newest procedures and perspectives for working with addicts and alcoholics. Personally, I never knew that a group of people could care so much about me. Susie and the staff there gave me the love and support I needed to find a better way of life. They helped me turn into a true man of the world, which is a far-cry from the dying heroin addict I used to be.

New Method Wellness provided excellent service during a difficult time in my life. I was fresh off of a major back surgery and they beautifully integrated very complex physical therapies into my recovery plan. I have been to many other treatment centers and can honestly say that New Method Wellness has, by far, the nicest facilities and most experienced and staff. I could tell everyone there really cares. Besides the physical therapy, they also provided other services I had never previously experienced in treatment, such as acupuncture, massage, equine therapy, and ANS therapy. I followed their simple suggestions and after a very short period have my life back and am happy.
