Couldn't be happier with the work that Jason did on my bass. He was incredibly accommodating and very generous with his time. In addition to doing an excellent fingerboard dressing for me, he fixed things I didn't even know were wrong/off with my bass! 10/10 repair shop IMO.

Phoned, looking for confirmation that the Zimmerman Solos (and piano accompaniment) "book" is actually the "bundle" that's expected. Miguel took the time necessary to pull the item from inventory, confirm that both books are present, take the order over the phone, confirm that he will ship it the same day... and did it all with a smile. I don't know where to start. My daughter has played the violin since she was 6 or 7. She loves it. When she got into Jr. High she joined the Orchestra. After several months the Director asked for volunteers to play the upright Base and she didn't hesitate. SO we started looking around and doing research. I spoke with a local Luthier and got some great information. There is only one major Business in our area that has the market on string instruments, and we were quickly finding out they were almost double than online. Then I happened to stumble across Lemur. Only problem was they are in California and we live in Utah. Out of everything we looked at, Lemur was still sitting there like the lovable little creature they have as their logo. THEN, as fate would have it, we happened to get tickets for an annual gaming convention held in Anaheim. AND, as luck would have it, my wife's brother lives about 15 minutes away from Lemur and we were staying with them while we were at the convention. SO, to make a long story short, these guys were AWESOME!!! Joel and Chris not only treated us as valued customers, but as FAMILY!!! They went above and beyond MULTIPLE times in the last couple of years. The first time we met them, they took the time to sit down with our daughter and teach her some things. Joel is the Jazz man and he can beat a base like none other. When we got home our daughter could not wait to tell her Orchestra teacher. When he found out it was Lemur, he had nothing but the highest of praises. IF you are in the market for a Base, look no further. AND if you check them out based on this review and they do not live up to what I have said here, contact me and I will fly down and have a talk with them :-) We are customers for life.
